Welcome to Clements - Lockeford 2008

 The Clements and Lockeford area is a warm and friendly combination of old and new neighborhoods, farms and ranches in a pleasant country setting. Delta breezes cool the summer nights while the crickets sing you to sleep. Snow capped Sierras can    be seen in the distance above vineyards and orchards which surround our area. The growing communities of Clements and Lockeford have many diversified stores, shops and services to serve your needs. Friendly, personal service is available to all!

Close to Lodi, Stockton and Sacramento, there are many cultural functions and recreational areas within a short driving distance. With only two hours to Lake Tahoe and many ski resorts and camping areas we are sometimes called the Gateway to the Sierras'. Two hours in the opposite direction takes you to the San Francisco Bay area. What a great central location we have in the midst of the San Joaquin Valley.

The chamber of commerce sponsors many events that bring people to our area from all over California and Nevada. We have a street faire each year in the spring.. Vendors travel from all over to participate and 8,000 to 10,000 people browse Jack Tone Bypass for some great shopping opportunities. Lockeford Springs Golf Course invites you to participate in our annual Chamber Golf Tournament or maybe our Community Support BBQ and Live Auction in July.

In addition to the fund raising events, the chamber also hosts ribbon cuttings for new members and 'Chamber Mixers' for us all to get together and welcome the old and the new out for some socializing. Please see our newsletter for detailed information on these events.
