Dear Chamber Directors:

I am looking for a volunteer to categorize the attached file by performing a simple cut and paste. It is for our business services on the website. It will simplify the search for specific businesses in their appropriate categories. I have started a sample in blue above in the attachment. Once you open it up it should be obvious to you what needs to done. I will be in contact with the volunteer to go over the details.

I only need one person to volunteer. Once I have that person I will let you know by sending out a follow up email.
